We're hiring a Plant Manager for a large food/beverage manufacturer headquartered in Louisville, KY. Looking for someone preferably in food or chemicals manufacturing. Spray drying experience is a plus. Safety, environmental and quality experience and regulatory knowledge required for this role.

Pay is $110-$115K.

Summary:

Experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant management, operations management, and production management. Demonstrate strong ownership, drive, and energy for improving business results including developing & empowering people.

Required:

Bachelor Degree in a technical field

Master degree is a plus.
