Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our automotive team. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of various projects within our organization. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and identify key deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving schedule conflicts or delays.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review and adjust project timelines as needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and implement project tracking systems to monitor and report project status.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop contingency plans for potential schedule disruptions.
• Support the development and implementation of project management best practices and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, or automotive technology.
• Proven 5 Years of experience as a Project Scheduler or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Experience:

• Automotive Manufacturing Plant: 5 years (Required)
• Microsoft Project: 5 years (Required)
• Project scheduling: 5 years (Required)
