Join Staffmark in Warsaw, IN, a bustling hub of manufacturing excellence, where we're currently seeking a Load Builder to join our dynamic team.

Position Details :

• Shift : 1 pm-9 pm, with training provided for two weeks from 11 am-7 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Starting Pay : $17.50 per hour, with an additional $1.25 shift premium ($18.75 total).
• Overtime may be required including weekends and as needed daily.

The Load Builder will be responsible for handling small, delicate parts, removing them from customer packaging, and placing them into heat treat loads.

Requirements :

• Excellent dexterity in hands.
• Demonstrated solid work history with longevity at previous jobs.
• Patience, a positive attitude, and a strong attendance record.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and strive for excellence.
