Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is administrative tasks prior to a real estate closing - taxes, payoffs, data entry, sending/requesting/uploading documents.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years office experience
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Ability to use basic Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word
- Must have professional demeanor, friendly, good customer service skills
- Fast learner, trainable
- Experience as a pre-closer is a PLUS, experience with SoftPro Real Estate Closing & Title Software, or other related software is a PLUS - will train
Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
$15 hr - Temp to Perm
128 hours PTO/year (accrued), 401K, Healthcare ($265/month paid by employer), Dental, Vision.
