Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of a marketing calendar to organize the department’s marketing campaigns, ensuring that planned marketing activities are executed in a timely manner
- Harness internal and external resources to help implement marketing activities including, but not limited to: SEO/PPC, email campaigns, new product launches, press releases, trade shows, social media, and advertising
- Assist in gathering data on competitors, consumers, and market conditions
- Devise creative methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and interviews then convert findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
- Help develop brand strategies based on a solid understanding of user, market, and competition
- Assist in the pe-planning and packing of tradeshows
- Assist the Marketing Manager in monitoring and controlling marketing activity expenditures ensuring efficient use of resources
- Calculating and reporting KPIs
- Utilize CRM to help organize and manage marketing activities
- Perform all other job-related instructions requested as assigned
- Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of and ability to apply standard theories, practices and techniques related to media and marketing
- Working knowledge of marketing research techniques and methods
- Ability to analyze and select pertinent facts and integrate them into communication channels
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Proficiency in social media marketing
- Strong written communication skills with a solid foundation in grammar, spelling, and the composition of various communication pieces
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and verbal presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to think critically and problem-solve
- Ability to work harmoniously with internal and external resources at all levels with an earnest posture to encourage feedback, and a keenness to listen and learn diligently from others
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in similar positions
- Salesforce CRM
- WordPress Experience
- B2B marketing in manufacturing
