Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $15/hr

Experience: Prior medical/clinical experience is preferred

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Assist with administrative tasks
• Help build cases, request medical records and task cases from a busy work queue daily to the appropriate nurse reviewer
• Manage the hospital admissions folder
• Check the daily census to ensure that cases are being reviewed appropriately
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful, but not required
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information
• Must show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless a reasonable accommodation is approved
