Staffing Authority is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Mesa, AZ

Job Description

We have an immediate need for results-oriented Call Center Representatives for a call center in the Mesa area. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who will be responsible for providing inbound customer support.

This is NOT a remote position, must be willing to report onsite for every shift.

These are direct hire opportunities with company provided benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Answering inbound calls quickly and efficiently.
  • Offering support helping customers with maintenance and accuracy.
  • Navigating through multiple systems and tools.
  • Document customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of company services offered.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Recent steady work history and an up-to-date resume to submit for consideration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excellent telephone and email skills.
  • Motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude, highly organized, detail oriented, team player.
  • Previous experience with call center and technical support preferred.
  • Flexible schedule (Must have open availability 24 / 7, shift will be assigned after training is completed).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to complete and pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Will be required to take and pass an in-person customer service assessment.
