Position Description

Employees are responsible for general labor dutiesinvolving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.Each employee will have duties within threewarehouse departments:assembly, machineoperator, packaging and shipping.

• Maintain orderlyand clean work area in compliance with our client’s safety and sanitationrequirements.

• Operateindustrial power equipment (i.e. manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, towmotor, lift truck, etc.…)

• Restock andreplenish as appropriate.

• Perform generalmaintenance- if needed.

• Use of hand andpowered tools as needed.

• Operating a“button pushed” machine for automated packaging of finished product.

• Ensure compliancewith regulatory and company policies and procedures.

• Fill in for otherpositions as needed.

• Perform generalwarehouse/production duties.

• Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50 pounds andclimbing.

Position Requirements

• High School Diplomaor GED.

• 1-2 years ofstable work experience in warehousing or manufacturing.

• Priorwarehouse/production/equipment experience preferred (i.e. machine operating,tow motor, etc.….)

• Ability tooperate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift truck to restock product.

• Demonstratedattention to detail.

• Forklift/TowMotor certification is a plus.
