Buyers Products company, a leading manufacturer in the work truck industry, is searching for a Warehouse Supervisor to complement the skills and talents of our Warehouse department.

Primary Job Duties:

• Manage the movement of products and personnel within the department in accordance with all Buyers Products policies and procedures while in compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
• Manage and develop all warehouse area leaders as to effectively train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities.
• Assist Warehouse Manager to drive all departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant productivity pertinent to the company’s goals and objectives.
• Be responsible for the organization and efficiency of the warehouse.
• Drive improvements or upgrades to the WMS at the floor level.
• Liaise with other departments such as B.I., QC or customer service for daily activities, projects or business need.
• Assist Warehouse Manager to drive Continuous Improvement Events in all areas
• Have and maintain excellent attendance.
• Be responsible to uphold and enforce all company policies.
• Interpret instructions and implement actions accordingly.
• Participate or Initiate in meetings, discussions and TEAM project activities.
• Report opportunities for improvement
• Assess relevant training needs for both the warehouse and individuals.
• Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials in the warehouse.
• Seek self-development opportunities.
• Work any and all hours needed.
• Other related duties & responsibilities as assigned.

Skills/ Experience:

• Previous supervisory experience
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Basic PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organization, communication and documentation skills

Education Background:

• High School Diploma or higher

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds consistently
• Able to be on their feet for multiple hours per day
