YOUR ROLE
- The primary objective of the position is to ensure distribution center operates in a manner which safely meets customer service expectations.
- Ensure the warehouse adheres to applicable federal, state and local regulations as well as to Henkel’s Corporate Standards.
- Responsible for security and control of inventory as well as the development and safety of warehouse employees.
- Drive Continual Improvement initiatives and 5S Program.Manage quality control activity including inventory blocking, segregation, and verification of inventory.
- Manage Product Life Cycle process: execution of FEFO stock rotation, removal of expired product, disposition of hazardous and non hazardous waste.Ensure delivery of the transportation training: DOT- 49 CFR, IMDG International Maritime Dangerous Goods, IATA Airfreight Dangerous Goods, and develop, maintain and manage Powered Industrial Truck training in conformance to OSHA standards and Henkel’s requirements.
