The Training Specialist reports to the TPA Training Manager and is part of the Training Dept.
The Training Specialist will develop, maintain, and deliver curriculum used to train and teach concepts, software, and processes.
Preferred candidate has experience developing and delivering professional training to adult learners. To perform the job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
