Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to patients with mental health conditions. Your expertise in patient care, medical documentation, and knowledge of medical terminology will be essential in assisting with the treatment and recovery of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health conditions
- Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
- Monitor patients for any changes in behavior or symptoms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Proven experience as a Psychiatric Nurse or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of psychiatric disorders, physiology, and anatomy
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients

LOCATION: Williamsburg, VA

NIGTH SHIFT: 7PM-7AM
