Description:
Perform physical transfer, shipping and receiving of raw materials, parts, and finished products.
Accountable for multiple sub inventory locations
Monitors material requirements and tracks movement with planning, purchasing, production and warehouses.
Ensure the accuracy of materials inventory physical and system transactions.
Ensure material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedule requirements.
Input inventory counts in a timely manner during weekly and monthly cycle counts.
Preparing assembly kits and liaised with assembler to be accountable of material movement and timely oracle transaction to ensure inventory accuracy physically vs Oracle ERP.
Perform weekly cycle count of the inventory, Investigate, and close the gap of the material discrepancies in a timely manner.
A team player that can communicate and feedback to co-worker and supervisor for any issues and findings for improvement.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Oracle ERP system preferred.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, MS.Teams, Ms Outlook.
Experience in record keeping, data entry and inventory management
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:
- Santa Clara, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
