What you will be doing:

• Oversee the CAPEX plan (1, 3, and 5-year plans) for the Mining Unit by collaborating with Area Managers and Plant Managers on project development, execution, and closure.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across plants, focusing on enhancing quarry fleets, plant productivity, and reliability.
• Provide production analysis support, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational enhancements.

What we need from you:

• 3 years of professional experience within Mining, Aggregates, Cement, or related.
• Degree in Mining, Engineering, or relevant work Experience

All-Star Skillset:

• Strong knowledge and experience in crushers, screens, wash plants, conveying, mobile equipment, drilling, and blasting.
• Ability to interpret geotechnical reports.
