Excellent contract to hire opportunity for highly organized and details administrative professionals. Looking for an Executive Assistant for the Head of HR and COO. $30 to start with room for growth. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, occasional meetings after or before normal business hours. Need to be computer/tech savvy, detail oriented, ability to take initiative and excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as needed
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar, MS Teams, Zoom
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles is a plus
