Our client, a PE backed stable and growing company in the construction industry, is looking to hire a Senior HR Generalist as their team is growing. Must be a hands on with excellent communication and presentation skills.

They are located in Norcross and are looking for someone to start immediately.

Hybrid with 3 days in office. (Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Salary is $85-90k plus 10% bonus, 3 weeks PTO plus other perks.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Onboarding and Offboarding including background checks and drug screens, conducting new hire orientations, exit interviews and updating employee records.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leaves of absence, including as a liaison between FSP and external benefits providers and vendors; with employees about their benefits; with enrollment and problem resolution; as a liaison between FSP and external benefits providers and vendors; and maintaining data and information required for benefits administration and carrier quotes;.
• Assist the HR Director with facilitating the performance appraisal process.
• Assist with the development and implementation of training programs

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an HR-related field.
• 5 years of human resources experience
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
