You've heard our name for years, now we want you to be working with us. So, what does a CSR do all day?

• As an HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR), you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly with your clear and concise communications
• Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain service contracts, make follow-up calls, and manage our maintenance agreements with customers
• You will assist customers with a variety of needs which can include all departments (HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing)
• Your positive, friendly disposition will be expected throughout all your interactions with department managers, fellow co-workers, and most importantly, our valued customers…after all, teamwork is key!

Requirements: Here's what our perfect candidate looks like:

• Experience in a Call Center or Customer Service
• MUST have the ability to maintain a heavy workload with a positive, can-do attitude
• MUST like talking with people and making them happy
• MUST want to work as part of a team
• MUST be detail oriented with great spelling, grammar, and communications skills.
