We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to be based at our New Jersey locationreporting to the Director of HR. The salary range is $75,000-$85,000.
Job Summary
Overview of position
A critical partner to the Site General Manager, this role will implement new programs, policies and procedures to achieve the challenging growth targets that will deliver business results. This leader will be experienced in progressive HR strategies and tactics. A customer centric mind individual with a can-do attitude, focused on team collaboration and excellence in performance.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in HR Operations; Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent preferred; Human Resources certification (PHR, SPHR. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or equivalent) preferred and the ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing or logistic environment
