ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW

Established in 1860, SVDP-SF offers residential and comprehensive support services to help individuals stabilize their lives, overcome crises, and achieve self-sufficiency. Our organization serves as a beacon of hope and refuge for men, women, and children impacted by poverty, homelessness, and domestic violence in the San Francisco community. At SVDP-SF, our most valuable asset is our dedicated team of nearly 200 employees working in four locations in San Francisco. While we have established partnerships with entities like the San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH), San Francisco Department on the Status of Women (DOSW),and the California Office of Emergency Services (CALOES), there is untapped potential for expansion, particularly in fundraising efforts targeting individuals, foundations, corporations, and legacy gifting.
SERVICES
