**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating young minds and creating a positive learning environment.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of the school's curriculum
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assess and evaluate student progress to provide ongoing feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure student success
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students and enhance their understanding
**Experience: not required but helful
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Knowledge of childcare principles and practices
- Familiarity with iReady testing or other progressive educational approaches
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to students
- Proficiency in learning technology for educational purposes
- Understanding of special education needs and early intervention strategies
- Strong math skills to effectively educate students in mathematics
- Ability to develop engaging and effective curriculum plans
