Responsibilities :
- Collects, enters and verifies employee data into appropriate applications.
- Provides support to staff in various functional areas. May assist with maintenance and distribution of Human Resources forms and documents.
- Answers phones, greets visitors, and responds to general inquiries and processes forms as necessary.
- Accurately maintains paper and electronic files.
- Schedules meetings as requested by HR leaders. Provides general support for meetings, including scheduling space, room set-up, follow up with customers, and preparing materials, as needed.
Education : • High school diploma or GED required.
