Your Role: As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be an integral part of our Sales team, driving promotion, sales, and representation of St. Julian products in the Cleveland market. Reporting to the Distribution and Chain Account Sales Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our sales representatives to develop strategic market plans and execute engaging marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Distribution and Chain Sales reps to develop strategic market plans
- Conduct account calls, work-withs, tasting events, and provide distributor support in Cleveland area
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales forces
- Ensure compliance with St. Julian's sales processes and guidelines
- Proactively communicate market needs and ideas to achieve sales goals
- Serve as a true ambassador for the St. Julian brand, embodying our values and mission
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing Preferred
- Self-starter with minimal supervision and high level of professionalism
- Outgoing personality and positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and willingness to travel as needed
