Job Summary
Responsible for managing activities related to the analysis, planning, execution, control, and evaluation of fundraising and selected public relations programs. The director works with the President/CEO, Foundation Board of Directors, Development Committees and Auxiliary, for all fundraising activities designed to enhance and support the overall mission of St. Anthony. Programs are conducted in concert with the administration, board and employees. Also serves as the President's chief liaison with the St. Anthony Auxiliary, assisting them in their support role to the hospital in fundraising, community relations, and in service programs.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, patients, families and the general public.
