Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, St. Anselm is an American tavern devoted to the pleasures of grilled meats and great ingredients simply cooked. The team is seeking Maitre’dcandidates who are passionate about service and hospitality leadership. Our ideal candidate has experience running the door of a high volume restaurant, and is well-versed in managing reservation system(s). Candidates should have strong communication skills, an affinity for making guests feel welcome, and possess both confidence and composure in working within a dynamic environment. The Maitre'd role requires quick-thinking and is perfect for a candidate who truly loves the theater of creating a great dining experience.

Qualified candidates will have:

Weekend availability -great opportunityfor those with a need for a 'non-conventional' schedule
2-3 years of experience in a Lead Host or Maitre'd role at a high-volume restaurant
Performing Arts and/or Theater background - a plus!
Experience withResyreservations system is preferable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to articulate detailed information to guests, think on one's feet, andmaintainstandards of professionalism and composure
