Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager, this position will supervise, plan and
review the work of employees on the PM shift (3:30 pm-11:30 pm) of St. Anne's-Belfield Upper
School campus, and will assist in other locations as needed. This position will also perform
cleaning duties as part of a daily work routine.

Essential Functions:

• Supervise housekeeping employees, and ensure that a high standard is
  maintained on every shift
• Perform duties such as cleaning classrooms, floors , restrooms and
  hallways
• Operate cleaning equipment, use designated chemicals and other cleaning
  products safely and in accordance with instructions
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors
• Vacuum/shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Empty and clean trash containers
• Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
• Clean bathrooms
• Clean windows
• Lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, standing for long periods of time, and
  twisting are consistent throughout a work shift
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Education and experience:

• High School diploma preferred.
• Minimum: Three years janitorial/housekeeping experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and agree to a MVR check
• Must pass background checks
