Position Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level individual who is motivated and has an interest in the IT field. Reporting to the Director of IT, the Temporary IT Associate will play a vital role in preparing technology for the upcoming school year, ensuring a smooth start.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students on basic IT issues and inquiries.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems for computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in imaging and setup of student devices.
• Aid in the installation of networking hardware.
• Collaborate with IT team members to develop and update documentation for IT procedures and protocols.
• Support the setup and operation of audiovisual equipment for events and presentations on campus.
• Conduct inventory of IT equipment.
• Maintain organization of supply rooms.
• Clean IT and theater equipment.
• Other duties assigned by the Director of IT

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The position requires mobility between two campuses, involving a fair amount of walking and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Applicants must have transportation to commute between campuses.
