SST is looking for a Facility Manager to provide on-site support at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations for multiple military facilities including developing facility maintenance and repair requirements, conducting physical inspections, and coordinating repairs.JOB DESCRIPTION:• Provide onsite management of facilities.• Prepare status updates on submittal and tracking work requests for facilities.• Work and coordinate with facility stakeholders on service request coordination/approvals.• Utilize government work-order systems (NexGen) to submit and track service requests through the CE process.• Conduct facility inspections on a recurring basis.• Collect, track, analyze and present facility data and develop strategies, solutions, and programs for solving facility issues. JOB REQUIREMENTS:• 3 years of experience as a Government Facility Manager.• Knowledge of a range of facility systems’ operations and maintenance requirements• Expertise with programs in the Microsoft Suite.• Motivated self-starters requested. Ability to develop requirements and then to develop strategies and solutions to solve issues.DESIRABLE• Associate’s degree in engineering, construction, or facility management.• Knowledge of the Air Force planning and programming process• An adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI), Common Access Card (CAC) preferred within the last two (2) years is preferred.• Prior Air Force Civil Engineer (CE) experience preferred, especially as an Engineering Assistant or Civil Engineering officer.• Familiarity with Air Force CE work order processes, specifically NexGen, is preferred.
