Director of Food & Beverage (Restaurant)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to oversee our food service operations. As the Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food production, catering, and food handling within our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory and hospitality management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality and efficiency of our food service operations
- Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of all food service activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the handling and storage of food
- Manage the dietary department to meet the nutritional needs of our customers
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering services for special events and functions
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain financial records and prepare budgets for the food and beverage department
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve our offerings

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years F & B Director/ Restaurant General Manager experience in managing food service operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of food production, catering, and dietary requirements
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations related to food handling
- Proficient in overseeing large-scale food service operations
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of employees
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
