Job Description: As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leads, conducting site assessments, and preparing bids for residential roofing projects. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities: Work leads through various channels including networking.

Conduct thorough assessments of residential properties to determine roofing needs and specifications.

Prepare accurate material take-offs and cost estimates using industry-standard software.

Collaborate with customers to understand their roofing requirements and preferences.

Develop customized roofing solutions and present proposals to customers.

Follow up with customers to address questions, concerns, and objections, and negotiate pricing as needed.

Coordinate with internal teams to schedule installations and ensure timely project completion.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roofing products, trends, and pricing to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in residential roofing sales or a related field.

Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.

Experience conducting roof assessments and preparing take-offs and bids.

Proficiency in using estimation software such as Copilot, Xactimate, EagleView, or similar programs.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license.
