Position Description: POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the project manager to oversee, plan, manage and track the progress of our construction projects by working directly with internal and external customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
\tAssists Project Manager to complete admin tasks as needed
\tObtains all necessary regulations and permits.
\tManage customer-company relationship through regular communication
\tMakes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
\tComplete special projects as directed by Project Manager
\tWork closely with AR Specialists and Finance teams to process l adjustments and corrections to provide the customer with an accurate weekly bill
\tInteracts with construction manager and coordinates their work with AR Specialist
\tCommunicates with clients and delivers weekly project progress reports both to clients and internal team
\tDevelops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan
\tCollaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists
\tWrites and submits testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists to Project Manager
\tFocus on high level customer service to both internal and external customers
\tCoordinate client meetings with project manager or billing teams as needed
\tUses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
\tOther duties as assigned
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
\tKnows how to use popular construction project management software.
\tBuilds strong relationships with clients, contractors, construction workers and internal team
\tExcels at organization, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting.
\tGood organizational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and record inventory intake
\tStrong work ethic, leads by example, and does what it takes to get the job done
\tProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and with various other software programs for data entry
\tAbility to communicate with clarity at the frequencies required by management and customers
\tAbility to travel to multiple sites as required
\tWork independently with minimal supervision
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
\tMust be 18 or older
\tFive years of telecommunication project management experience
\tAble to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
\tValid drivers license and excellent driving record
\tMust be able to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug test, and background check
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
\tBi-lingual (Spanish/English)
\tBachelors degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related degree
\tOccupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Outreach Training
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annually
