Job Title: Creative Director/Strategist
Reports to: The role will report to the Head of Partnerships & Engagement, and work closely with the Director of Influence & Engagement. Aligning to program-level strategy and the steer of the leadership team, they will own the overall creative direction and strategy for feature engagement streams, editorial content, and product marketing of Marcel and its client offerings.
They will work collaboratively with the creative team, producers, and marketing leads to identify business opportunities, create solutions, and ensure our team delivers consistent and strategic projects and work.
This person should be a creative thinker who can shift from strategy and ideation to creative execution as needed—to bring compelling stories to life and manage full-scale campaigns along multiple touchpoints. They should be a Creative Director who can also do strategy (must have experience in the creative craft).
