Banquet Captain - Dates of
need: 5/1/2024 – 10/31/2024
Qualifications:
Perform Supervisory duties in the Banquet Department ensuring the service staff execute events in accordance to the BEO. This role reports to the F&B Manager and may be inclusive of attending the weekly BEO meetings and communicating regularly with the Sales Team regarding scheduled events and activities and conveying to the service team. Participate and lead dining and event services which may include set up of dining or event areas which may include moving tables and chairs. This position will also perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of food & beverage outlet floors. Additional requirements include but not limited to preparing checks, itemizing, and totaling meal costs and taxes, removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters, rolling silverware, and setting up food stations, serving food and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Requirements: Two years’ Banquet experience required. Former F&B Supervisory experience preferred.
Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $28.00/Hr. - $28.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
