As an Event Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of various events by providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities:

- Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations

- Greet guests and provide them with information about the event

- Manage guest registration and check-in process

- Provide excellent customer service to attendees, addressing any inquiries or concerns

- Monitor event activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests

- Assist with crowd control and manage lines or queues

- Serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to food safety guidelines

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations

- Assist with event breakdown and cleanup

Requirements:

- Experience working with children is a plus

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred

- Lifeguard certification is a bonus

- Strong conflict management skills to handle any issues that may arise during events

- Excellent public speaking and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of events management principles and practices

- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests

- Comfortable handling cash transactions and operating point-of-sale systems
