In this role, you will be a part of the Transportation team
What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Assist with the setup and teardown of event equipment, including tables, chairs, decorations, audiovisual equipment, and signage;
• Provide friendly and courteous assistance to event attendees, including answering questions, providing directions, and offering support as needed;
• Help manage crowds during peak times, ensuring a safe and orderly environment for all attendees;
• Support event organizers with various logistical tasks, such as coordinating vendor arrivals, managing inventory, and replenishing supplies;
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the event space, including cleaning spills, emptying trash bins, and ensuring restrooms are stocked and tidy;
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.

The Skills and Knowledge You Bring

• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions;
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects;
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed;
• Prior experience in event management or customer service is preferred but not required.

Additional information
If travel is required for certain events, expenses will be reimbursed with prior approval from the manager.
Salary
This position offers minimum wage as per state or local regulations.
