Job Overview:
We are seeking a Concession Stand Worker to join our team at the Tampa Bay Stadium. As a Concession Stand Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the concession stand. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food service.
MUST BE ABLE TO START MARCH 28TH
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve food items such as hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, and beverages
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand area
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items
- Assist with cleaning duties at the end of each shift
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic retail math for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with food handling and preparation techniques is a plus
- Culinary experience or training is beneficial but not required
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order taking and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Understanding of food safety regulations and willingness to adhere to them
