Spring Oak Senior Living is actively seeking a Resident Care Coordinator for our Lexington, SC location! Spring Oak Lexington is seeking a certified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least two years of experience in an Assisted Living or Long-Term Care setting to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator. As the Resident Care Coordinator, you will manage the Wellness Department and coordinate all health care services for our residents. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of the community.

Schedule: Full time, Flexible Monday-Friday, Weekends
Pay: Starting $65,000 per year/Salary, Bi-Weekly Pay cycle

General Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Develop nursing practices and procedures.
-Oversee medication management of all residents.
-Direct supervision of Registered Medication Aides.
-Oversee staff development and health & wellness per State guidelines.
-Conduct assessments and coordinate resident care with physicians.
-Conduct staff training/in-services.
-Plan and implement wellness programs at the community and other functions.
Job Requirements include and are not limited to:
-Certified LPN.
-Minimum of two years of experience in an Assisted Living or Long-Term Care setting.
-ISP Certified.
-Completed UAI Training.
