JOB OBJECTIVE

Sportsdigita is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who is passionate about customer success to add to our DIGIDECK Onboarding team. You will be responsible for delivering successful projects for our strategic and enterprise customers, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our project delivery processes, focusing on repeatable excellence and five-star customer experiences.

We are a growth-stage SasS company that empowers sales and marketing teams through the DIGIDECK, our one-of-a-kind platform, to engage with customers and close more business, faster. Our technology platform acts as a master presentation allowing sales teams to create customized presentations and proposals in minutes. The DIGIDECK improves customer-facing interactions by providing real-time visibility and analytics for both sellers and sales leaders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Elevate customer experience and outcomes by successfully managing multiple customer projects, keeping projects on track and effectively managing execution of deliverables
• Collaborate with our Designers, Solutions team, Trainers and Customer Success Managers to ensure our execution delivers to the client goals, understanding any unique success criteria
• Use data and reports to track progress, dependencies and risks, determining and implementing risk mitigation strategies
• Build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement and communication; proactively guiding and advocating for the customer throughout the process
• Contribute to continual refinement of our onboarding and project management processes, with a focus on repeatable excellence and improving our customer experiences
• Work closely with sales team members to deliver the most relevant and personalized experiences for the customer
• Mentorship of less experienced team members

REQUIREMENTS

• 6 years of experience in a customer-facing project management role
• 3 years of experience onboarding customers on SaaS software solutions
• Strong customer service acumen, attention to detail and operational rigor
• Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills, driving an exceptional client experience
• High technical aptitude and attention to detail with strong follow through
• Ability to develop creative solutions to problems, self-starting, strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to comfortably lead a meeting and communicate with any level of an organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Rigorous attention to detail for customer-centric planning
• Ability to build cross-functional plans and inspire collaboration
• Some travel may be required
• PMP a plus, but not required
