This is a hybrid role based out of our MN office.

Day-to-Day

The Project Manager or Senior Project Manager will create and maintain project work schedules, monitoring workflow requirements to meet timelines and quality expectations. As a PM, youll craft project plans that will set the stage for success and translate customer requirements into deliverables. In addition, youll manage day-to-day project tasks, ensuring the seamless execution of retention initiatives.

• Prioritize needs, effectively allocate resources, and complete tasks with precision and excellence.
• Coordinate delivery aspects of the implementation project to ensure deliverables are completed on time while managing project risks and issues
• Define and communicate expectations for productivity and quality measurements by maintaining consistent processes across the team and organization
• Demonstrate the ability to apply technical, professional, or product expertise to real work situations
• Complete post-project analysis and drive positive project outcomes, team results and effective change management

Education and Experience

For this opening we have role flexibility as the priority is the best fit for the team and will consider either a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.

Project Manager

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience
• Strong problem solving & analytic ability
• Quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills

Senior Project Manager

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Drive efficiencies and process improvements
• Demonstrated understanding of processes and/or services to contribute to issue identification and idea generation/evaluation
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel
