Senior Retail Sales Associate: 

Are you a collectible fanatic? Do you eat, breathe, and drink collectibles? Are you good at building rapport with high net-worth clients?

We are opening a store called Collectors Crossroads in North Austin in the Lakeline Mall area.

We are looking for dynamic, driven, creative, trustworthy, and reliable individuals to join our team.

The Senior Sales Associate role encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Able to consultative sell to customers the ability to educate while selling collectibles.
• Demonstrate consultative sales proficiency using a balanced sales process of educating customers while closing business.
• Identify the needs of our different customer types casual shopper, collector, and investor.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service by providing timely responses to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assisting with the training of new employees on customer service policies, procedures, and standards, as directed.
• Staying up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective customer assistance.
• Maximizing sales potential by organizing merchandise displays.

The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for providing WOW! customer service, completing assigned store tasks efficiently, operating cash registers correctly, following established cash handling procedures, adhering to company policies and loss prevention procedures, maintaining a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), ensuring store appearance and merchandising standards are met, restocking merchandise and keeping all items in their designated areas, and actively developing more effective customer service skills. The Senior Sales Associate should provide honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit their expectations.

Experience:

• Luxury Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• Retail Sales: 3 years (Required)
