SpineSearch is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a leading medical system's outpatient urology clinic located in Stamford, Connecticut.
Position is full time, Monday through Friday - offers a competitive salary based on experience, a full suite of benefits, and room for growth.
Requirements of the Medical Assistant:
- High School Diploma
- Medical Assistant Diploma/Certification
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant:
- Greet patients and visitors
- Take patients' medical histories
- Explain treatment procedures to patients
- Prepare patients for examinations
- Assist the physician during examinations
- Collect and test lab specimens
- Record patients' vitals
- Keep exam rooms clean and tidy
- Assist with administrative duties

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
