Now hiring for Test Technician. Spherion of Connecticut currently has Test Technician opportunities available to support our local, industry leading customer.
Our Test Technician will be working a first shift with limited required OT. The Test Technician will support our customers for performing a variety of tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Conduct tests on products using testing equipment according to established procedures.
Record test results accurately and maintain detailed documentation.
Troubleshoot issues with test equipment or products as needed.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve any quality or performance issues.
Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing tests.
Communicate test results and findings to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in the development of new testing procedures or protocols as needed.
Keep work area clean and organized to ensure efficiency and safety.
Working hours : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills
Familiarity with quality control
Ability to work independently
Flexibility for overtime
Education : High School

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in testing
Strong understanding of testing principles
Experience with testing equipment
