Responsibilities:
- Test various circuit boards and chassis to meet customer specifications.
- Set up standard test equipment for functional and operational tests, assessing performance and repeatability of Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Analyze and interpret test data, completing associated paperwork and generating necessary documentation, records, and reports.
- Review and verify process documentation, and program and operate AOI machines.
- Conduct general quality inspections of products.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficiency with volt meters, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators.
- Ability to interpret data displayed in multiple graphed formats.
- Strong deductive reasoning skills for troubleshooting test equipment setups.
- Experience in running AOI Systems or willingness to undergo adequate training.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with technology.
- Focus on quality with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Experience:
- Programming experience with AOI Systems or Surface Mount Technology equipment.
- Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) controls and mitigation.
- Capability to undergo adequate training in IPC Standards, including 610, 620, J-STD.
Hours: 6:30AM-5:30PM - Flexible 8-hour schedule
