key responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
Handle employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service.Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
