We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our client's HR team in Superior, WI, and contribute to their company's success.

This is a temporary role, but has the potential to turn into a permanent position!

The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, has excellent communication skills, and is adept at multitasking.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive experience for all employees.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Working hours : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus.
