Spherion is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Killeen, TX
ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls and provide quality customer service
Research customer questions regarding ATM and ACH claims
Provide accurate information about account and card transactions
Offer call completion and/or alternate options for resolving a claim
Accurately complete claims forms
Perform other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
SkillsPrior call center experience preferred
EducationHigh School
Experience1-4 years
QualificationsPC skills and/or data entry skills
Proficient with using Microsoft Office applications
