Spherion is seeking a Scheduler for a local, reputable client in Rockford, IL! The Scheduler is responsible for scheduling annual on-site visits to the company's various clients for audiometric/PFT/FIT/Vision testing services. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Scheduler will have regular contact with clients and is a role best suited for someone with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Review details from last year's appointment
- Review the tentative plan for this year's visit, identify any issues, and resolve with the Scheduling Manager before interacting with customers
- Call clients to sell optimal dates based on logistics while adhering to DOT hours of operation
- Serve as a liaison between the company and the mobile van technicians
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Organized, detailed, and multi-task oriented
- Able to establish priorities and complete goals
- Comfortable proof-reading and correcting errors
- Team player
- Able to take direction and follow protocol
