PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Provide analytical support for the work management and scheduling process by developing weekly, monthly and long-term schedules, perform workload analysis and resource forecasts. Monitor and evaluate historical trending and organizational performance through the development of indicator graphs and reports. Directed to perform research, draw conclusions and make recommendations to management. Support compliance commitments to regulatory agencies. Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
