Spero Technology is Hiring an Environmental Technician Near Los Alamos, NM

Job Title: Environmental Technician
Location: Southwest area (relocation required)
Requirements:
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER Training
  • Willingness to work full-time, Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive environmental assessments and fieldwork at sites across the Southeast and Southwest USA, applying your expertise to gather critical data and insights.
  • Assisting in the collection and analysis of environmental samples, including soil, water, and air, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and methodologies to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Providing valuable support to project managers in the implementation of environmental compliance measures and remediation activities, contributing to the successful execution of project objectives.
  • Coordinating logistical aspects of field operations, including equipment mobilization, site access arrangements, and resource allocation, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating closely with team members from diverse disciplines to achieve project goals, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence across all project activities.
