As a Community Based Social Worker, you will play a vital role in facilitating and coordinating services for those experiencing complex challenges. Your main objective will be to ensure that they receive the support and resources necessary to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Our Wraparound Program is an intensive, strengths-based, and family-driven process that supports families staying together. The program is a planning process that follows a series of steps to help children and their families realize their goals. Our Counseling and Wellness Center offers a variety of outpatient services to children, adults, and families. Some of our specialties include EMDR, TF-CBT, play therapy, and sand tray therapy.
