The community is one of three Cambridge House communities located in the St. Louis Metro East area. In addition to OFallon, Cambridge House communities are located in Maryville and Swansea. The Cambridge House communities are all fully certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living Program and are operated by Gardant Management Solutions, the largest provider of assisted living in Illinois. OFallon is located in St. Clair County near the communities of Fairview Heights, Lebanon and Shiloh.
