Waverly a leader in the landscaping industry has an opportunity for an Account Manager to manage new and existing client relationships, oversee ongoing property maintenance and seasonal needs. In this position, you will ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining budget goals, as well as source new business to increase our landscape maintenance portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Facilitate transition from landscape construction client to a landscape maintenance client
• Work with client to develop a property maintenance plan
• Work with Operations Manager to schedule crews and equipment as needed
• Communicate with clients and visit properties regularly to ensure clients’ needs are being met
• Build and develop landscape maintenance client portfolio by generating referrals from existing clients and developing overall marketing and sales strategy
• Manage account estimates, contracts, and upsell services
• Accurately invoice clients monthly and maintain receivables using Aspire software system
